SmartFlow Technologies has developed systems that add to production yields by recovering the juice left in the leas or pulp after traditional extraction processes and remove haze from fermented beverages. In haze removal applications the retained mash is concentrated to a pumpable paste.

By combining a NF/RO system with the dewatering system SmartFlow can generate juice concentrates to reduce storage and shipping costs and produce high quality water for reuse within your process or alternative uses within your plant operations.

A few examples of beverage processing with ConSep® filters at the lab level are below. The videos demonstrate the capability of the ConSep® platform rather than a particular customer application. The ConSep® platform is linearly scalable, so these and similar beverage recovery or concentration processes can be scaled to any production volume.
