SmartFlow Technologies has provided systems to dewater customer's products, eliminating the costly processes of centrifugation or evaporation. Numerous customers have found improvements in heat sensitive products by implementing ConSep® based filtration systems.
When applied to waste or process streams, dewatering can provide a number of benefits.

By selecting the right membrane to incorporate into the ConSep® modules, SmartFlow can develop dewatering performance to match your process needs. By combining a NF/RO system with the dewatering system SmartFlow can generate high quality water for reuse within your process or alternative uses within your plant operations.
Energy savings can also be achieved by implementing SmartFlow TFF systems prior to spray drying by delivering the product to the spray dryers at the optimum moisture level in a controlled manner.
